Our client is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content, known worldwide for its successful video games franchises. The company is also a recognised leader in games based on Japanese anime properties.
Part of the Japanese group, an entertainment industry leader with a presence in video games, toys and amusement parks the company has 15 international offices with operations in 50 countries around the world.
Job Description
Within the EMEA Headquarters, you join the Creative team under the responsibilities of our Head of Marketing. You define and implement creative processes and manage the activity of one Creative Project Manager.
You provide solutions and artistic expertise to internal clients, mainly Product Managers, by creating and producing graphic elements of all types and on all media. You coordinate creation, localisation and formatting activities in conjunction with external agencies located in France and/or abroad.
Your principal responsibilities will be as follows:
- Define and implement internal processes for the creation, adaptation and localisation of assets
- Define the graphic choices to be made in relation to the various projects, in conjunction with internal clients
- Ensure the creation, the layout and the adaptation of graphic elements, and the localisation thereof
- Provide advice to internal clients both artistically/strategically and in terms of the feasibility of the creative requests issued
- Optimise creative budgets and constantly strive to achieve savings and improve the quality of the work
- Control the quality of productions in accordance with the brief, design specifications, manufacturing specifications, licensors’ constraints and manufacturers’ graphic charters
- Optimise the performance of Marketing assets by performing A/B testing in conjunction with Product Managers and the media strategy planner
- Define the specifics and develop a platform for asset management, storage and sharing
- Manage the activities of one Creative Project Manager
Candidate profile
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent creative project management skills
- Strong artistic sense
- Knowledge of the graphic chain, from the brief to the delivery of the final files
- Software proficiency in: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Software proficiency/good knowledge in: Premiere, After Effects
- Fluent level of English and French, both written and spoken
- Budget monitoring and optimisation skills
Experience and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience within a creative agency, ideally specialised in the entertainment industry
- Bachelor or master’s degree in art/design or communication/advertising
- Experience in creative projects’ management
- Team management experience

- Creative and able to make proposals artistically and in terms of visual strategy
