Esport Activation Specialist

Descriptif du poste

Part of the Marketing team and playing an important role in the Content team, the Esports Activations Specialist will drive all activations planned for athletes in close cooperation with our Esports Team Managers :

Main point of contact of the marketing organization

• Receive briefs from all BUs (Merchandising, Diversification, Partnerships, Content…) or partnered tournament organizers
• Check consistency with Marketing Plan and players relevance with Esport team (availability, priority)
• Monitor player contract deliverables and roadmap for future planned activations
• Finalize detailed briefings in close collaboration with the Content & Partnerships team and ensure the successful execution of activation operations
• Deliver post activation analysis (qualitative & quantitative) to upgrade process and performance

Deliver Esports athletes social plan to optimize club association and brand activations

• Prepare brand activation social posts to be executed by athletes through esports operations
• Work hand in hand with either team managers, players or player agents to successfully execute activations offline and online
• Deliver post activation analysis (qualitative & quantitative) to upgrade process and performance
  

Profil recherché

• 3+ years work experience in the talent/influence area
• Understanding and know-how of the esports industry
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Collaborative, creative and agile
• Located in Paris
• First experiences with Social Media presence / Twitch.tv setup and content days
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
